The Mission of the Contracts Management Bureau is to provide MTARNG Facilities with efficient, high quality and cost effective contracts for goods and services that support the Montana Army National Guard Mission.

The Contract Management Bureau manages approximately 100 contracts per year with an annual contract value of ~$1.5M. The CMB ensures compliance with the Title 18, MCA, Administrative Rules of Montana Title 2, Chapter 5, 41 US Code and 2 C.F.R.

• Works closely with all MTARNG facilities to establish contracts for janitorial, snow clearing, lawn and landscape maintenance and all other recurring and emergency maintenance.
• Establishes processes and procedures for soliciting, evaluating and awarding bids and proposals that comply with State and Federal rules, regulations and statutes.
• Monitors contract compliance and manages contracts for the MTARNG facilities to ensure the facilities are getting the quality services they require.
• Reviews and assists with interpretation of procurement rules, regulations and statutes.
